CRITICAL NEWS UPDATE:

Our main server was hacked into by supposedly a terrorist group, appeared to be traced from Uruguay. They have successfully broken into the server through an unknown exploit and affected all clients on this server. They were successfully able to completely destroy the backup drive as well which held all clients' daily backed up data.

This is our first time in 7 years of service having such a catastrophic event.

Our servers have over 50 security layers (at least) from firewall, intrusion protection to DDoS mitigation, database security, mail server security, so forth. Security has always been priority for us and this unfortunate matter has greatly hurt us and our clients the same.

This has affected *all* clients.

We truly apologize for this unfortunate event and appreciate your understanding that this is inevitable, as much security as any host can patch, update, apply to their servers - security is obviously never perfect.

Steps You Can Take:

- Request your account be recreated with a new username/password. You will need to upload your data via ftp once the account is recreated.

- Wait (For up to 7 days) and your account will be restored from our monthly backups. You will be credited a month of free service for this delay.

- Request a cancellation. Any outstanding balance on your account will be returned (Minus any paypal/other service fees)

Once again, we are hurt as much as our clients and would appreciate all clients patience and understanding in this matter. No hosting provider is perfectly secured nor prone from such behavior as this group has caused.

Please contact us at support@jesushost.com with any questions/comments or decisions on what you wish to do with your account at this time.
